As we scale our operations across Europe, Asia, and North America, we are seeking a highly capable and proactive part-time executive assistantto support our Management Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, globally oriented environment, and is passionate about innovation, technology, and investment.Â
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dynamic, multi-time-zone calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Organize complex international travel itineraries, including visas, flights, accommodations, and meeting logistics.
Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO and investors, portfolio companies, institutional partners, and collaborators.
Prepare investment briefs, research summaries, presentations, and internal documentation.
Draft and manage investor communications and executive correspondence.
Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, partnerships, and international events.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Participate in international travel as required.Â
Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent experience; backgrounds in finance, technology, international business, or economy are preferred.
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluent or professionally proficient in additional languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese is a strong advantage.Â
Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and able to exercise sound judgment independently.
Strong interest in venture capital, deep tech, and global innovation and investment ecosystems.Â
