Prestigious Private Equity Firm is is looking to hire an Executive Assistant!
Support Partner for Investment Firm. Visible position!
The ideal candidate will be a senior-level EA who is able to provide high-level, and
professional administrative support and able to manage projects.
Candidate will formulate decisions and execute independently with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
Candidate must also be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a high profile C-Level Executive. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff (at all levels)while remaining flexible, proactive and resourceful.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks ranging from managing a busy and ever changing
calendar, and the ability to assimilate priority email requests in Partner’s inbox
Act as gatekeeper to ensure executive’s schedule is followed and respected; liaison to maximize
Partner’s focus on priorities
Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external
executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of meetings. Skilled at coordinating complex
meetings with the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing schedules
Experience scheduling domestic and international travel; arrangement of travel schedules,
itineraries and reservations across multiple time zones
Utilizes strong judgment in managing priorities of requests and escalating as necessary for
resolution and/or prioritization while determining the appropriate course of action
Works closely and effectively with the Executives to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities both professionally and personally
Must be able to work under deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Handling expense reporting and other duties as necessary
Requirements:
College Degree
5-10 years of experience supporting senior level executives in financial industry or corporate setting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong independent decision making ability and attention to detail
