This role is based at our Head Office, in the convenient city fringe location of Rose Park, SA.

Opportunity Overview:

Are you an experienced and dedicated professional seeking a unique, dynamic, and exciting career opportunity? We are currently in search of an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, providing comprehensive support and personal assistance to the Chair and Managing Director, while also supporting our CEO Private in the growth and development of our Private Office.

Role Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will directly assist our Managing Director Darren Thomas, Executive Chairman Chris Thomas and Private Office CEO. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to, organisation of international and domestic travel arrangements, overseeing event logistics, coordination of meetings and management of calendars. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in sponsorships and nurturing external partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Exceptional level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

High proficiency in managing international and domestic travel arrangements and meeting schedules.

Demonstrated experience in coordination and execution of small to medium-sized events.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to embrace new technologies.

Demonstrated experience working in executive roles within large, complex organizations.

Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with a readiness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and platforms.
