– Manage and oversee all front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services.
– Ensure excellent guest relations by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest concerns or issues.
– Supervise front office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
– Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and financial transactions.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
– Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.

– Previous experience in a front office management role or similar position preferred.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.
