About the Role:For ourFerrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for anExecutive Assistant.This is an opportunity to be at the heart of theIndustrial & Supplydepartment’s business operations to provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level. Thanks to this role you will become the point of reference for directors in charge of Industrial and Supply Chain, based in our Luxembourg HQ.

Main Responsibilities:Thanks to your role, you will manage and coordinate the daily correspondence, agenda, calendar management, and phone calls for assigned directors.

Your responsibilities will extend to scheduling and coordinating meetings for the top management of Industrial and Supply Chain, including assistance in preparing presentations and editing reports.

Prior to meetings, you will actively be involved in material preparation, and during meetings, you will support by taking meeting minutes.

Moreover, you will also play an important role in ensuring that tasks are organized and prioritized effectively to ensure a high level of quality and service.

As the managers travel frequently, your support will be crucial for taking care of travel arrangements and managing expenses post-business trips.
