Our client, a leader in providing financial technology platforms, is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their team in Mountain View, California!
*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for schedule management, office management, communication support, preparing information, managing company records, analyzing data, and representing the executive to others. They are looking for someone who can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently and without conflict
Performing administrative tasks such as organizing files, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and supporting day-to-day office operations
Handle multiple tasks and manage priorities while supporting several executives with their schedules, communication, and administrative needs
Requirements:
5+ years as an Executive Assistant
Prior experience assisting multiple directors
Experience managing multiple calendars
Experience with Coupa or Concur is a plus
