Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Al Khobar for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, including the preparation and management of expense reports, scheduling, and facilitating communication on behalf of executives. The role also entails managing various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate on behalf of executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in office software tools and technologies
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Al Khobar with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience in HR/admin tasks is a plus
