Full Job Description
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a busy Executive / CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software and have a strong ability to multitask.
Job duties and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
Organize and prioritize schedules and calendars, including but not limited to scheduling meetings (in person, video conference, etc.), appointments, and events.
Coordinate all aspects of travel including day-to-day business, professional and personal obligations of executive and family members.
Organize/prioritize email inbox and, and when directed, respond to correspondence.
Anticipate and identify matters of which executive must be aware and timely and consistently communicate.
Upon request, prepare meeting agendas and take notes.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Prepare documents and schedules required during productions (i.e. scripts, call times, etc.).
When needed, assist with logistical needs of executive, family members, and guests.
Assist with special projects, which may involve research and analysis.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Remain flexible and able to handle unexpected changes or challenges that may arise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Handle all duties with the utmost professionalism, always conscious of protecting the reputation of Company and executive and avoiding any negativity or controversy.
Ability to travel, as needed.
Experience:
5+ years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
