The Job:

Roberto is currently on the lookout for a skilled and driven Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team at the Los Angeles office. As an integral part of Roberto, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily operations of the executive team, ensuring efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Responsibilities:

Manage the executive team’s calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executive meetings.

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and special projects.

Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
