£50,000 / 12 month contract

5 days onsite (London)

Our high-profile banking client are recruiting for an Executive to join their team based in London. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

Calendar management for executives

Aid executive in preparing for meetings

Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Maintain weekly Leadership Routines & Client Activity Tracker

• Client Database: Update client and PP meeting database – tracking topics and follow ups.

• Track/monitor/deal with external correspondence to President of International as needed – Coordinate thank you notes and follow-ups.

• Help maintain and monitor long term travel calendar – year ahead.

• Help construct of travel itineraries and ensure production of any associated materials – briefing documents.

• Events: Help with the planning documents of yearly events, maintaining attendee lists for Breakthrough tech, Davos etc

• Coordinate IT issues/ internal office logistics / floorplan changes/ catering / building services interaction.

• Help organise materials and arrangements for all client, and public policy meetings – looking forward and tracking interactions – working with COO team, comms, public policy, reg relations, compliance.

• Advanced MS skills – especially Excel

• Excellent addition to detail
