We are actively recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our Human Rights and Practice Innovation team on a Fixed-Term basis until 3rd January 2025, the location flexible. (Hybrid Working).

In this role, you will provide executive and administration assistance to the Chief of Human Rights and Practice Innovation (HRPI) and the broader HRPI Team.

It’s an exciting time to join our HRPI Team! We are building our capability to respond to our changing organisation and this position will play a key role in delivering world class, safe practices to the people we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive administration support to the Chief HRPI, including managing emails and calendar.

Provide a full range of administrative functions to support the HRPI Division including, filing, scanning, archiving, scheduling meetings and project work

Provide focused research administrative assistance, including coordinating mail-outs for research activities, sourcing data and information, and pursuing, collecting, and consolidating responses for research activities.

Draft, format and proofread reports, electronic presentations, and other documents.

Prepare and disseminate relevant papers (e.g. agenda, minutes, and other accompanying papers)

Complete data entry and maintain databases to support operations of the HRPI team.

Liaise and consult with people supported, families, friends, staff and external stakeholders/agencies, as required

About YouYou are a self-starter with a wide range of research and administration experience and confidence working within a fast-paced environment. You are supportive in nature and thrive on working collaboratively as part of a team.

5+ years working in a senior administrative support role, preferably in a disability, community, health, or similar social service environment.

Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms and corporate information systems and databases, such as SharePoint.

Excellent attention to detail and able to follow set processes.

Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external bodies. High level verbal and written communication skills.

High level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

A proactive and flexible approach to all tasks and the ability to contribute to a team-orientated environment
