We are a fast-growing General Contracting company specializing in Commercial & Residential construction. We are looking for an Office Administrator to assist with daily operations & office tasks.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for an Office Administrator located in Cary. The Office Administrator will handle a wide range of administrative duties including managing office supplies, arranging meetings, organizing files, and assisting with payroll. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for greeting clients and visitors and maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred
Minimum 3-year experience in a construction company required
Bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Experience in customer service preferred
Sage 100 knowledge a plus
Marketing & Business development experience a plus
