Duties:
– Potentially greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
– Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
– Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
– Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
– Assist with order entry and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
– Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
– Knowledge of office procedures is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
