Job Location:Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US)

Main Responsibilities:

Performs advanced secretarial, clerical, and administrative duties.

Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and requires knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies, and programs.

Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memorandums.

Answers mail and inquiries on own initiative, follows-up with other departments to ensure that requests are carried out.

Coordinates activities across departments.

Arranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations/arrangements.

Validates and processes expense reports.

Prepares materials in final form from rough and involved drafts which may utilize frequent use of technical terminology and may combine materials from several sources.

Plans layout of complex reports and statistical tables.

Assistance with budget management, purchase orders

Various project support to provide assistance across the organization

Collaborates with other Assistants.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience:6-8 year’s relevant experience

Education:Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
