Executive Assistant – Private Equity

Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, communications, and day-to-day operations

Serve as a liaison with external clients and internal stakeholders

Coordinate special projects and conduct research as needed

Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and shifting priorities

Qualifications:

3–5 years of executive support experience; financial services background preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and ability to work independently

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication and organizational skills
