Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $130,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support four executives including the owner, President, CFO, and one additional leader
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments
  • Book domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail and preferences
  • Handle high-volume communications and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of executives
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and executive priorities

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth individuals
  • Communicate assertively and effectively in high-pressure environments
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and executive demands
  • Solve problems independently and take initiative without hesitation
  • Maintain discretion and poise while handling confidential matters

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
  • Show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and schedule management
  • Accumulate experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced settings
  • Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
