Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Executive Assistant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $130,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support four executives including the owner, President, CFO, and one additional leader
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across departments
- Book domestic and international travel arrangements with attention to detail and preferences
- Handle high-volume communications and ensure timely follow-up on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and executive priorities
Requirements:
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism when interacting with high-net-worth individuals
- Communicate assertively and effectively in high-pressure environments
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and executive demands
- Solve problems independently and take initiative without hesitation
- Maintain discretion and poise while handling confidential matters
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field
- Show proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and schedule management
- Accumulate experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced settings
- Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
