Our Client are a Chemical manufacturer/Pharmaceutical Company based in Newbury. They are rapidly growing and looking for a new EA to come and join.

Job Description

This Executive Assistant role will include the following duties:

Diary management, managing constant change

Global business travel planning

Expenses – Travel & Entertainment. Responsibility for managing & reconciling multi-currency expenses.

Prompt & confidential liaison

Professional telephone manner for screening and handling all telephone calls and e-mails both internal and external.

Taking minutes in company meetings and distributing them to relevant parties

Business & personal correspondence, project documents

General support & project management.

Other duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Executive Assistant experience

Have strong diary and travel management experience

Have experience working within a fast paced and busy environment

Have good communication

Have strong attention to detail

Have a positive attitude

Be proactive
