Executive Assistant to Founder – Venture Capital Firm

About Us

Our West Hollywood-based single-family office, which features a forward-thinking venture capital operation, is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Founder. We operate in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where attention to detail and adaptability are paramount.

Role Overview

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be the critical support system ensuring the efficient operation of the Founder’s life. This role requires a proactive, discreet, and highly capable individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex tasks, and serve as a member of the Founder’s trusted circle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the heavy, dynamic calendar with precision and foresight

Orchestrate flawless domestic and international travel itineraries, overseeing all travel logistics air, land and sea.

Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations

Co-pilot email communications, demonstrating excellent written skills and judgment

In-meeting support and follow-up tracking, as appropriate, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and timely manner

Overseeing business critical databases (e.g. CRM, daily questions doc)

Conduct thorough research to support the decision-making processes

Liaise effectively with internal departments and external partners

Navigate ambiguous situations with clarity and decisiveness

Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and protect the Founder’s time and energy

On-call availability as needed on a pre-determined schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

Proven track record as a career Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably principals in Private Equity, Family Office, or Venture Capital

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and travel logistics

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Experience with private aviation FBOs (preferred)

Strong research and analytical capabilities

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity

Work Environment

–             Full-time, in-office position (9am-5pm) in West Hollywood

–             Small, dynamic team with direct exposure to top-level decision making
