Playtech is looking for a self-motivated Executive Assistant (9 months FTC Maternity Cover), who has good time management and organisational skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will be…

Assisting and being the right hand person to the CFO, General Counsel, Chairman and Board.

Arranging local and international travel for Executive Management. This includes, hotels, flights, taxis, currency, restaurant bookings, meetings.

Managing the diaries of the Chairman, CFO and General Counsel.

Point of contact for the C-Level and Board.

Collating and managing all document signing for the Chairman, CEO and CFO, taking responsibility for deadlines. This includes forward planning for annual leave and travelling to various locations in line with their schedules to ensure the documents are signed on time.

Performing ad hoc personal tasks for all.

Opening POs, arranging payments of invoices and liaising with vendors on the payment of their invoices.
