A stable and growing Real Estate Investment firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executives in their NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives and experience in the industry. The firm is in the office 4 days per week and they offer competitive salary + bonus and benefits!
Responsibilities
Calendar management for executives
Coordinate detailed travel arrangements
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
