Executive Assistant Jobs in Colby, WI at Kelley Supply Inc.

This role will provide support to MTC managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities for Accounting, Sales, and Purchasing.

Main Duties
– Process Vendor Bills and Payments in a timely manner

-Invoice Customers in a timely manner

-Input sales leads and projects in CRM

-Document Standard Operating Procedures

-Support departments by performing clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, researching small projects and organization

Required Skills
-Technologically Proficient including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent time management skills
