A well-established company in the Baltimore area is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a full-time, in-office role in a polished and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

Handle confidential information with discretion

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Organize and maintain files and records

Support event planning and logistics

Track deadlines and follow up on action items

Assist with special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Professional demeanor and attention to detail
