As Intake Specialist at Beyond Healing, you will be responsible for…

Intake Responsibility

Input New Client information into TheraNest (Mental Health Records Software & Insurance/Billing).

This includes ALL phone calls or new patient forms.

If a client is going to use their insurance, make sure to have accurate information for insurance to add to TheraNest***

Verify insurance by utilizing Availity (Eligibility & Benefits Software) and calling insurance representatives upon necessity

Assign clients to a counselor depending on the specific specialty

Contact counselors regularly regarding clients and other information

-WILL renew all insurances starting in the new year-

All clients who receive new insurance must be updated into TheraNest.

Update necessary parties during these changes

Front Desk Duties – Clerical

Scanning forms, IDs, and insurance cards and implementing them into TheraNest client profiles

Maintaining supply of hardcopy intake packets

Answering phones abiding by clients wants and needs

Listening to voicemails & taking messages

Process credit card payments

Occasionally checking inventory for office supplies and essentials only. If needed, notify the office manager.

Maintenance

Keeping the front desk tidy and clean

Emptying out trash

Checking and cleaning bathrooms if necessary

Wiping down kitchen if necessary

***Occasionally special requests may be asked upon occasions/events that happen at our facility this may include clerical or maintenance**

Job Types: Part-time (longer hours upon request/necessity)

Salary: $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Homer Glen, IL 60491: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 years (Required) – 3 years (Preferred)

– outgoing personality

Insurance verification- 1 year experience

-preferred but not required

Must be proficient/skilled with replying to emails, answering phone calls, multi-tasking in a fast pace environment, typing, communication, etc.

Proficient with applications such as: All Google apps

Insurance verification: Availity Application (preferred), REQUIRED Contacting Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, etc.

Work Location: In person, WFH not eligible

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
