[Role Summary]
The Executive Assistant is experienced in all standard secretarial tasks. Work in a very large and complex organization where substantial interests are at stake, the effects of which affect the entire Philips company or a large proportion of it. Therefore, the job at any level demands knowledge, experience and understanding of the organization, the often conflicting interests at play and the many business processes and disciplines that are managed by the Manager. Thus, these successful candidates will be self-motivated, flexible and be able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. they will need to place a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. A further aspect is the need to be able to think ahead and to take action in such a way as to enable decision-making processes and priorities, for example, to be controlled more effectively by the country leader.

This position is a fixed-term employment.

[Key Areas of Responsibilities]

Agenda Management & arrangement on both internal/external meeting considering priority

Preparation of meeting materials and meeting minutes

Assist with regional management team visits

Assist ad-hoc team events (overseas travel agenda/ workshop)

Assist with internal/external correspondences

Develop travel plans travel arrangements (incl. visa) and related expenses/various work process support

Interpret and communicate executive intent to other employees.

Serves as a contact to employees or other stakeholders inside and outside the organization

Support organizational changes and development

Support company events and engagement activities

On-/Off boarding (dept) (including organization of farewells)

Remain knowledgeable of corporate policies

Sending out local announcements in cooperation with relevant teams

Support for social events to activate team engagement

[Qualifications & Requirements]

Bachelor’s degree or above

Excellent in logical thinking and communication ability both in English and Korean

Dealing with sensitive, complex and highly confidential information

Good collaboration with stakeholders and employees

5+ year of experience as CEO or Management Assistant

Ability to work under pressure in timely manner

Experience in global working environment
