About the Role: We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support Veridity's executive leadership team as we scale. This is not a traditional admin role as you'll be embedded at the center of a high-growth company, working across the CEO and other senior leaders on everything from scheduling and communications to coordination and follow-through. The right person is highly organized, anticipates needs before they're stated, communicates clearly, and thrives in an environment that moves fast and changes often. You'll be a key connective tissue across the leadership team keeping everyone aligned, on track, and prepared.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, travel, and communications
- Coordinate executive team meetings, off-sites, board prep, and key internal events including; agendas, logistics, prep materials, and follow-up tracking
- Own action item tracking across leadership discussions and ensure follow-through on commitments across the executive team
- Serve as a central point of contact between the executive team and internal staff and external partners
- Help maintain operational rhythm across the leadership team; including meeting cadences, cross-functional deliverables, and key deadlines
- Manage expense reporting and other administrative tasks across multiple leaders with accuracy and timeliness
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the executive team
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience supporting multiple senior executives or an executive team, preferably in a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple leaders without dropping the ball
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you represent leadership well in every interaction
- Proactive and self-directed; you anticipate what's needed and act before being asked
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities and leadership needs shift
- Ability to build trust and rapport with executives, team members, and external stakeholders at all levels
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and common project/task management tools
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services is a plus but not required
