This role is based out of one of our leasing offices in Marietta, GA, and supports the daily operations of both the property and the broader company.
Position Overview:
As our on-site Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting office operations, assisting tenants and vendors, and helping management stay organized and informed. This position reports directly to upper management and occasionally to the company principal. It’s a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and wants to grow in real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist residents, vendors, and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
– Manage phone and email communications; route messages appropriately
– Maintain organized digital and paper files for leases, notices, and internal documents
– Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and track deadlines
– Use AppFolio to manage resident data, service requests, and lease documentation
– Proofread and draft correspondence with high attention to detail
– Support property inspections, vendor coordination, and internal reporting
– Keep the front office clean, organized, and welcoming
– Take initiative on office and property-related tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
– Required: Experience in a real estate, property management, or leasing office
– Required: Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Friendly, calm, and professional customer service approach
– High attention to detail and accountability
– Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus, but not required
– Must be comfortable working independently in a small office setting
– Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
Compensation & Benefits:
– Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
