Discovery Play is looking for an office coordinator for our growing private practice. This is a busy front desk position. Duties include, but not limited to: administrative tasks such as answering high call volume phones, managing multiple clinician schedules, maintaining client charts/paperwork, accepting and posting client/insurance payments, faxing reports, checking insurance eligibility and benefits, etc;

This is a fast-paced work environment, and the position requires someone who works well under pressure, can multi-task, is attentive to detail, and very self-motivated.

Great people and communication skills and writing proficiency is a must.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.

Administration and billing experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
