Job Summary: Our client in Washington, DC, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Executive Assistant to join their team on an interim basis. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can provide exceptional support to the executive team during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
Facilitate communication between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with special projects and events as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
