Job Opportunity: Full-Time Administrative Assistant
Are you an experienced professional in Homeowners Association (HOA) management looking for a dynamic opportunity? Join our team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant and play a key role in supporting our community operations!
Responsibilities include:
Providing administrative support to HOA management, including preparing correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.
Managing homeowner communications, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinating board meetings, recording minutes, and maintaining accurate records.
Overseeing document management, including contracts, CC&Rs, and other association files.
Assisting with budgeting, financial reports, and vendor coordination.
Supporting compliance efforts with community rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Homeowners Association (HOA) management or related administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HOA management software is a plus.
