As we grow, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founders in driving forward the mission and operations of the company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant to work directly with our Co-Founders. This role is a critical support position, helping manage scheduling, communication, project coordination, and ensuring the Co-Founders’ day-to-day activities run smoothly. You will be a key part of a dynamic team making an outsized impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Co-Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and priorities.

• Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and meeting follow-ups.

• Prepare briefing materials, research reports, and project updates as needed.

• Support ongoing film distribution and production projects with administrative needs.

• Assist with travel planning, event coordination, and occasional personal tasks.

• Help track deadlines, deliverables, and maintain organizational systems.

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Anticipate needs and proactively find solutions before challenges arise.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or operational support role (experience in film, media, entertainment, or nonprofits is a plus).

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools like Asana or Trello).

• Passion for film, storytelling, social impact, and cultural advocacy is a major plus.

• A proactive attitude — you take initiative and get things done without needing heavy supervision.
