ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Executive Assistant to SVP who has a passion for excellence in organization, calendar management, travel management, event planning and coordination. If you are energized by working in the forefront of the health, wellness and fitness industry, building something meaningful, and a diverse set of responsibilities, this position might just be your next big step.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, PR or media or sports/fitness industry experience a plus
Excel at scheduling and calendar management
Ability to consider executive’s priorities of work and personal life
Experience in email review, flagging, and independent follow-up
Ability to relentless follow-up and project management of key priorities
Experience in public figure’s thought leadership and content management: podcast, article writing, social media presence, event space programming
Experience in travel management and coordination
