Description:

The HR & Administrative Support role is responsible for managing various human resources functions at our airport location. This position plays a key role in the hiring process, onboarding new Team Members, coordinating airport badging, handling administrative tasks such as basic bookkeeping, and supporting Team Member relations. The ideal candidate will contribute to a positive work environment, ensure Team Member satisfaction, and align HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

What you will bring:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong clerical and administrative skills are required.
Experience with ADP or similar HRIS software is preferred.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must pass a thorough background check for airport badging purposes.

What you will do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Team Member inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
Manage the interview and hiring process, including onboarding, conducting orientation, and completing new hire paperwork.
Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility.
Oversee and coordinate airport badging processes for all Team Members.
Administer employee exit procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Provide guidance to Team Members regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address and resolve Team Member relations issues in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Process invoicing for bookkeeping records.
