Compensation:
USD 800 – 1K/month.
Location:
Remote (for residents of Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela).

You are proficient in email management, Notion, project management, and Slack.
English – Fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
You’ll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across projects and team members. You will be the right hand to the CEO and founder. Though you’ll begin part-time, you’ll be a core member of the team and have the potential to scale to full-time. We’re not looking for someone to just “do tasks”—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and helps build a stronger, smarter operation.
Core Responsibilities:
Inbox management: Filter and prioritize emails to reduce noise and decision fatigue.
Summarize key information and flag urgent items to the founder/CEO.
Administrative support: Assist with travel booking, expense tracking, and other operational tasks.
Calendar management: Schedule meetings with thoughtful time-blocking. Maintain energy-aware scheduling and minimize context-switching.
Task support: Take on both recurring and ad-hoc tasks. Track action items and ensure follow-through.
Document organization: Create and maintain structured folders, systems, and SOPs.
Ensure everything is easy to find, access, and understand.
Project assistance: Support initiative tracking and execution. Identify and remove bottlenecks.
Internal & external coordination: Follow up with freelancers, clients, and partners effectively. Prepare meeting notes, action summaries, and status updates.

Understands the broader purpose behind tasks and asks smart clarifying questions.
Works well with frameworks (e.g., 10/80/10, clear definitions of done).
Handles confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Has the potential and interest to grow into an operations-focused leadership role.
Tools & Skills:
Familiarity with Notion, Google Suite, and Slack.
Experience with Canva, Zapier, Kajabi, and Kit would be a big plus.
Ability to structure documents and build templates efficiently.
Background in operations, project management, or agency support.
Experience working with founders or in startup environments.
