Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the C-Suite members of a dynamic organization. This temporary role will cover a maternity leave and requires extensive experience with Microsoft Outlook for managing complex calendars and communication. The position offers an hourly rate of $32-37/hour and requires an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Oversee and maintain the COO’s complex schedule, ensuring timely and accurate appointments, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing tasks.
Email Management: Monitor and organize the COO’s inbox, ensuring professional communication and timely responses.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule, prepare agendas, and arrange logistics for meetings. Take detailed notes and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Administrative Support: Handle travel arrangements, prepare reports, manage documentation, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Microsoft Outlook Expertise: Extensive experience managing multiple calendars, inboxes, and scheduling tools.
Professional Experience: At least 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
