## About The Role

This is an extraordinary opportunity to serve as the right hand to our CEO/Founder and COO. You’ll provide comprehensive executive support, manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, and handle various administrative responsibilities critical to our leadership team’s success.

## Key Responsibilities

• **Executive Calendar Management**: Strategically organize and prioritize schedules for both executives, ensuring their time aligns with business priorities and commitments.

• **Meeting Preparation & Follow-up**: Brief executives before meetings with relevant materials and information, track action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.

• **Communication Management**: Compose, proofread, and finalize complex correspondence, reports, presentations, and board materials with minimal direction.

• **Travel Coordination**: Arrange comprehensive travel logistics for executives and staff, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively.

• **Administrative Leadership**: Maintain meticulous records, manage office supplies, support vendor relationships, and handle special projects as assigned.

• **Operational Support**: Assist the COO with vendor and wholesaler communications, reporting, and other operational initiatives.

## Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent judgment and discretion

• Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to changing needs

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management systems

• Interest in the beauty industry preferred
