The founder/owner of a highly regarded business that services Atlanta and the surrounding areas with formidable and reliable tree services is looking for a “right hand” Executive Assistant to really be a true business partner to help him successfully run the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of a growing business, supporting a very busy owner and spearheading the move from primarily a paper organization to computerization for projects, and customers. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience, preferably in a small service business, an outgoing, easygoing personality as well as an interest in helping to automate processes for a more streamlined operation. This is primarily a remote position, meeting with the owner as needed for a “touch base” either at his home, a work site or agreed upon place in the area.

About the Job:

Provide day-to-day support to the owner, spearheading projects, helping to automate systems as well as scheduling estimates with prospects for him

Liaise and make calls to clients and prospects

Handle customer database (CRM) system

Handle accounts payable/receivables

Go out on job sites, as needed

Create and edit work proposals

Handle confidential information, sensitive documents, and personal matters with the highest level of integrity

Assist with projects and serve as the point of contact for clients

Personal work; run errands, ad hoc projects

Base Salary and Bonus, Health Coverage Stipend If needed

About You:

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a busy principal

Prior experience supporting a busy principal of a small or medium size business highly desired

Experience setting up systems for better organizational workflow highly desired

Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented

Some experience with accounts payable/receivable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

Outgoing, engaging and “high-energy” with a “no job too small” attitude
