We’re now looking for someone who thrives in a busy, high-energy environment and is ready to contribute to the day-to-day operations across our regional offices. No two days are the same, and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly while supporting senior leaders to focus on the bigger picture.

We’re looking for a

proactive, organised, and solution-driven Executive Assistant

to provide essential operational and administrative support across our region.

Location: Swindon Office (with regular travel to Reading, Oxford, and High Wycombe)
Own vehicle and a full driving licence are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be the central support hub for four regional offices, ensuring seamless operations and giving our leadership team the administrative support they need to succeed.

Coordinate Health & Safety compliance across sites

Manage office facilities, suppliers, and equipment needs

Provide PA support to Commercial and Sales Directors (e.g. diary management, meeting prep)

Handle commercial reporting and internal communications

Organise meetings, events, and regional initiatives

Improve and maintain office processes and procedures

Support media functions and liaise with editorial teams

Assist with advertorials, account setup, and reporting

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Highly organised and detail-focused

Demonstrates experience in a similar role

Proactive and solutions-oriented

Comfortable working independently

Excellent communicator and natural team player

Strong IT skills and confident with Microsoft Office

Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling minor IT-related issues on-site

IOSH qualification is advantageous; however, training can be provided if needed

Experience in a media or digital marketing business would also be advantageous, but not essential.
