Position : Executive Assistant

Working Schedule : 8a-5p CST

Salary Range :$1,800-$2,000 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to [Executive Title/Team]. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.

Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Organize and maintain confidential files and records.

Support planning and coordination of internal and external meetings and events.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Track and submit expense reports and manage reimbursements.

Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (if applicable).

Perform other administrative duties to ensure the executive is well-prepared and supported.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth, or startup environment.

Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
