Our client is a leading supplier in their sector, offering products to major retail and manufacturing companies worldwide. They are experiencing rapid growth and seeking an Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
Responsibilities :
The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative tasks to support the CEO’s effectiveness and productivity. This role will also be responsible for personal, ad hoc tasks / projects as needed.
Salary : $90,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
Desired Skills :
CA Driver’s License
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate environment and with C-Level Executives.
Be available and responsive to communications outside regular business hours and on weekends as needed.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
