Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly.
Utilize Google Suite and for various administrative functions.
Maintain an organized reception area and office environment.
Assist with basic office management duties as needed.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) preferred not necessary
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
