Executive Assistant Jobs in Los Angeles, CA at Federally Qualified Community Health Center

We are seeking an exceptional individual to support our CEO and senior leadership team by handling executive administration duties as well as overseeing and managing critical projects and initiatives based in our WHQ office in Tampa, FL.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage extremely active calendars for the CEO & Executive Leadership Team, scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements

Handle all incoming calls and communications in a courteous and professional manner

Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, correspondence and other materials

Make travel arrangements and process expense reports

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Provide general administrative support as needed

Order supplies, lunches, and keep office professionally presentable

PROJECT COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate high-visibility, cross-functional projects and initiatives

Collaborate with Senior Leaders to finalize board presentations, customer information, and other business critical deliverables

Prepare status reports for executive team on project health

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus 5+ years experience as executive assistant/office manager

Outstanding organizational, multitasking and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with MS Office, online calendars

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Team player with strong interpersonal skills
