What You’ll Do

Direct Support to the CEO on all business initiatives—from marketing and sales to internal operations and client experience.

Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize executive calendars, schedule meetings, prep agendas, and ensure follow-ups are executed.

Content Creation: Support development and execution of social media posts, campaign content, and marketing materials.

Operational Coordination: Assist with payroll, inventory tracking, vendor management, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.

Systems & Structure: Create and maintain organizational charts, workflows, SOPs, and productivity tools to streamline daily operations.

Internal Leadership: Represent the CEO in select meetings, coordinate team communications, and help maintain alignment across departments.

Office & Environment Oversight: Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized workspace – including light cleaning and hospitality duties.

Qualifications

2+ Years of Experience in executive support, operations, or project coordination – ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Outstanding Organizational Skills: You’re detail-driven, deadline-aware, and excellent at juggling multiple responsibilities.

Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and AI-based productivity tools.

Marketing & Content Experience: Able to support campaign planning, content writing, and brand messaging across digital channels.

Strategic Communication: Professional, polished, and proactive in both written and verbal communication.

Discretion & Integrity: Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism.

Adaptability & Initiative: You think on your feet, move quickly, and seek solutions before being asked.
