Consilio is currently looking for Legal Executive Assistants to join a leading law firm in Washington DC. This is a permanent, full-time, benefited position.
Salary: $95,000-$105,000
Hybrid: 4in/1 remote for the first 90 days, then 3in/2 remote in office thereafter
Responsibilities
Manage and execute major assignments to support the partner’s practice.
Delegate and oversee administrative tasks to legal support team members while ensuring successful completion.
Assist in financial management by tracking billing matters and client budgets.
Maintain attorney calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, correspondence, agendas, and presentations, often handling confidential materials.
Provide proactive support by anticipating attorney needs and ensuring materials are prepared in advance.
Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external contacts, handling direct communications.
Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and document distribution.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems in compliance with information governance policies.
Support practice group initiatives by participating in meetings and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience:5+ years in executive administrative support for partners or executives in a law firm environment. Must understand the legal field, law firms, and litigation.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands: Being able to lift or move up to 10 pounds.
