We are looking for a skilled and driven Executive Assistant to come and join our Public Safety business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a senior executive within a dynamic organisation.

This role has a hybrid working pattern and will require on-site attendance in London, up to three days per week.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations and ensuring key schedules and administrative needs are efficiently managed. Your responsibilities will include:

Diary Management: Managing extensive scheduling for client appointments, internal team meetings and project meetings, including collating reports where necessary

Stakeholder Coordination: Maintaining strong relationships with other assistants (both within CGI and client-side) to ensure seamless diary coordination

Administrative Support: Assisting Sector Leads in executing business in a timely manner, including deadline management and producing formal correspondence

Internal Liaison: Collaborating with support teams to resolve internal matters and progress key business operations

Communication: Acting as a point of contact on behalf of senior executives, liaising with Sector Leadership Teams and other key stakeholders

Meeting Support: Attending meetings where required, recording minutes and tracking action points to ensure follow-up

Travel Coordination: Arranging business travel, including flights, transportation and accommodation as required

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Proven experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, Business Administrator or similar role

Ability to interact and operate effectively at a senior executive level

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent attention to detail

Exceptional time and workload management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
