-Responsible for managing Travel (Domestic and International) includes Flights/Hotel/ Cabs/Forex/Travel Insurance.
-Manage Partner’s Calander, arrange meetings and other administrative support activities.
-Processing Expenses for Partner on re-konnect.
-Booking meetings rooms, organizing meetings, co-coordinating diaries only for Partner’s meeting.
-Managing events for international clients by making the arrangements for logistics, accommodation and setting up meetings.
-Preparing visa invite letters
-Submitting Partner’s expenses & having quarterly meeting to review it.
-Filling timesheet on weekly basis for Partner – in Rekonnect system
-Approving expenses, Project codes & requisitions on behalf of Partner
-Taking Nominations for Encore awards on a quarterly basis and thus keeping history of winners. To work on the decks for townhall
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work experience :
•The candidate must have 5-9 years of relevant experience in a similar role (working in a close supporting role with executive leadership of a global company), particularly in a professional services firm / third-party KPO/IT-BPO
