Our client, a prestigious life science company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), while also overseeing general office management responsibilities. As a key support to two senior leaders, you’ll help ensure they stay organized and focused on high-priority initiatives. You will also take ownership of office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for the broader team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage shifting priorities and execute with professionalism and discretion.

**Please note this is a 4-month, onsite, contract role with an immediate start in South San Francisco. Pay will be $48-50/hr.**

Key Qualifications:

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CBO, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across time zones

Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries and last-minute changes

Prepare and process expense reports and other executive documentation

Act as a liaison between the executives and internal teams, board members, and external partners

Draft and proofread communications, presentations, and meeting materials

Coordinate team events, on-site meetings, and occasional offsites

Oversee general office operations—manage supplies, vendors, and facilities needs

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information

Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in life sciences, biotech, or a related industry

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and poise

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and general office tools

Comfortable in a small, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
