A major Private Equity / Financial Services company with offices in the DC Area is seeking an established Executive Assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support and calendar management to multiple senior leaders and select team members
Manage complex calendars and prioritize meetings to align with shifting priorities and deadlines
Oversee daily office operations including inventory, supply management, event setup, and coordinating tech support requests
Organize and book detailed domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth logistics and itinerary efficiency
Assist with finance-related admin tasks such as tracking data updates, maintaining investor records, and scheduling key meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Adapt seamlessly in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality when required
Handle reporting and ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative documentation
Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in executive-level administrative roles, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong command of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Demonstrates a service-oriented approach and ease in interacting with high-level executives.
