Administrative & Organisational Support
Managing the director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for meetings
Taking minutes in meetings and following up on action items
Organising and maintaining files, records, and confidential documents
Business Operations & Coordination
Acting as a liaison between the director and internal/external stakeholders
Assisting in strategic planning and project coordination
Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making
Managing budgets, invoices, and expense reports
Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Communication & Relationship Management
Handling internal and external communications professionally
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and employees
Representing the director in meetings and events when required
Personal Assistance & Special Projects
Providing personal support, including handling personal errands when necessary
Assisting with event planning and corporate functions
Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
What we are looking for ?
Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
