About the Role
We’re a fast-moving real estate and property management company in growth mode — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who operates like a force multiplier. This role goes beyond traditional admin work — you’ll help drive marketing, events, content creation, and daily execution. You’ll keep the CEO focused on high-level growth, while you handle the logistics, create momentum, and push projects over the finish line.
You’ll be at the center of operations and marketing — from coordinating showings to prepping email campaigns, editing videos, and managing content calendars. If you’re resourceful, sharp, and thrive in a “no two days are the same” environment, you’ll crush it here.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Own and manage the CEO’s calendar and priorities — meetings, walkthroughs, travel, and calls
Manage and respond to communications across email, calls, and DMs — with professionalism and speed
Plan and coordinate events: open houses, team outings, investor dinners, client mixers
Assist with content creation — help record, edit, and post short-form videos, reels, property highlights, and brand storytelling
Draft or polish marketing copy for emails, social posts, listing descriptions, and more
Help maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platforms
Use Trello to manage project flows, content pipelines, and marketing deadlines
Keep AppFolio organized — leases, tenant/vendor info, tasks, and maintenance updates
Create reports, slides, and materials for team meetings and presentations
Jump in on errands, reservations, and personal task coordination when needed

Content and marketing are consistent, relevant, and aligned with company goals
You’re helping elevate the company’s brand online and offline through coordination and execution
Projects stay on track and deadlines are hit — without the CEO needing to chase them

You’ve supported a founder or exec and know how to operate independently
You’re cool with after-hours work if it means hitting a key deadline
You’re confident jumping into content — filming, editing, writing captions, or managing platforms
You’re a strong communicator and natural project manager who keeps things moving
You want to be in the room where decisions happen — and help make them real
Bonus Points For:
Real estate or property management experience
Familiarity with tools like Trello, AppFolio, Canva, CapCut, Slack, Google Drive
Experience helping run a YouTube channel, TikTok, Instagram, or LinkedIn for a brand or executive
Copywriting, editing, or visual branding instincts
