Executive Assistant
Responsibilities
Project a friendly and professional image for the company. Work effectively with people while representing the company on the telephone and in person. Answer phones, assist clients with accounts, maintain files, schedule appointments, handle mail/email, keep literature on hand current and in stock. Additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
Communication skills both oral and written must be top notch. Type at 55 wpm or better. Background check and fingerprinting required. Computer literate, with a focus on Microsoft 365. Prior office experience required. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Additional Information
Our office is open M-F 9-5. This part time position can select a shift during business hours providing it covers most days from 1-3pm. 10-30 hours per week. Hourly pay based on prior experience.
