Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Partners, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.

Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Facilitate seamless meeting coordination, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-up action tracking.

Oversee expense reporting, invoice processing, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies.

Assist in project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive business matters.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in private equity required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM and expense management software.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs proactively.
