Salt Search is partnering with a global digital iconic software brand who is seeking a dynamic EA business partner reporting to 2 Senior Executives (Sydney based ) & Japan/Korea (overseas based).
This role is a Fixed term contract for 12 months & may lead to permanent after this tenure. The role will start in 2024 but we are recruiting now.
Reporting to MD APAC (Sydney) & Korea MD, we are looking for an experienced EA (at least 5 years in similar tech industry covering Senior EA duties) that have and enjoys working with various stakeholders across the globe. This is a fast paced, busy which will include someone with great cross collaboration and communication skills!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Diary management: maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences (including external stakeholders of investors, government officials, strategic vendors and M&A etc),
Prepare meeting agendas and take actions during meetings,
This includes preparing reports for quarterly business reviews and working with the leader to create onboarding plans for key team members,
Additionally, process improvement, participating in strategic organisational activities,
Arrange corporate travel including flights, transportation and lodgings and prepare itineraries and agendas,
Organise key team events & external events
Maintain admin records and mentor other admin staff .
Follow up/through on actions if delays or challenges by exception.
Other adhoc duties will be required as well
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role supporting Director level
Evidence of cross regional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
A naturally collaborative team player that is proactive and solution minded
Highly proficient presentation Google Docs, Keynote, Excel and grasp of current social networking systems
Remains calm under pressure with strong executive presence
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent planning and organisational capabilities with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and follow through
You must beable to be bilingual Korean/ English
